Another boat ride?&#8221; I&#8217;m just glad she&#8217;s gracious enough to never say, &#8220;I told you so,&#8221; because our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenaifjords.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kenai Fjords Tour<\/a> was such a magnificent day that we had to upload two albums of pix and videos titled <a title=\"07-14 Kenai Fjords Wildlife\" href=\"..\/flickrphotos\/album\/72157621585748918\/2009-07-14wild.html\">07-14 Kenai Fjords Wildlife<\/a> and <a title=\"07-14 Seward &amp; Kenai Fjords\" href=\"..\/flickrphotos\/album\/72157621440654223\/2009-07-14.html\">07-14 Seward &amp; Kenai Fjords<\/a> at right.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"oy tt-flickr tt-flickr tt-flickr-Thumbnail\" title=\"Calm Pacific Ocean\" href=\"https:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3431\/3728664822_7c020641b3_z.jpg?zz=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3431\/3728664822_7c020641b3_t.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Calm Pacific Ocean\" width=\"80\" height=\"53\" \/><\/a> We enjoyed six hours in Resurrection Bay and a bit of the North Pacific Ocean where, by rights, it should have been stormy and rough. Instead, we were blessed with incredibly calm seas that facilitated up close views of birds, sea animals, glaciers and beautiful vistas.<\/p>\n<p>The ship captain was a wonderful guide who brought us a detailed understanding of the wildlife ecology and behaviors in such a quiet and gentle voice he almost seemed to be calming the critters into posing for us.<\/p>\n<p>Check out Susi&#8217;s videos below. The first one captures the dives of Humpback whales and a bit of the captain&#8217;s voice.
