Real trees are a plus, but even better were the two spontaneous conversations with other interesting campers &#8212; something that just doesn&#8217;t happen in the Wal-Mart parking lots that we frequented as we crossed the heartland as fast as possible.<\/p>\n<p>There are a dozen waterfalls in this area that we hope to explore tomorrow, as long as the weather is reasonable. Finally, Susi will get to do a painting or two and Dave will snap a few photos.<\/p>\n<p>Vacation has started!
